This weekend just gone and completed my new cold air induction pipe. Better than hanging the air cleaner off the turbo, sucking in all that hot air.

What do you think?
May create some extra lag time!!

The intercooler is actually air to water. You can see the radiator behind the chassis rail.

As for performance, it sounds wicked with backdraft when ya rev the guts out of it!!!!

I don't think it will create any extra lag because the air will be approximately the same pressure all the way through the pipe, lag comes from waiting for pressure to build through the pipes post-turbo.
Are you going to put a water shield around it? Or are you in one of those 5 year drought places I keep hearing about?
Is that a water/air intercooler pump next to the a/c condensor?

No water shield required, I don't drive in the rain!

Yes, that is the water pump for the intercooler, its a shurflow 750.
Flows 11.4 litres a minute @ 45psi, but pulls 4.5 amps when running.

Here's a pic of the air to water intercooler. I haven't yet finished re-installing as I need to make some new mounts.
