I have spent a little bit of money (  ) on the old girl in the past 6 months so I thought i'd post up some pics.

Recent modifications

-17inch RSGT shadow chrome rims with shit maxxis tyres (bob jane special)
-Anodised front mounted EVO 5 intercooler sourced from NZ
-EVO 3 510cc yellow top injectors
-Bosch 500Hp fuel pump
-Full power steering conversion
-Apexi rev/speed metre
-Alpine 6inch splits
-custom plates

Fully tuned and on the dyno it produced a lazy 203KW at the wheels @19psi. I was pretty disappointed as it should be producing over 220 at the boost level. There is a restriction somewhere because the power tapers off between 6 and 7000rpm.

Anyway, on the rev/speed metre in produced a 0-160km/h time of 10.51 sec and a 2.48sec time from 80-120km/h in third gear.

Future Mods

-More boost
-Adjustable cam gears
-Rear disk brake setup
-colour coded front/rear bumpers and possibly a full fibremaster bodykit
-super sticky tyres
-recaro seats

I hope to have around 230-240kw's at the wheels by the end of the year and give it a good run down the drag strip over in the eastern states (no drag strip in SA currently).

Hope you like it. :P

EVO 3 (big 16g) with a 20g compressor wheel. Should be good for 400hp.

Evo 85, well done, mine produced the same power at 18 psi but now runs 22psi on overshoot for 4 seconds!

Makes for a hell of a ride!

*drool* very well done! the splits look mean! whats the sound like... ... i also like the secondary head where the tape deck was... equalizer?

i had a guy at autobarn convince me splits were the best thing since sliced bread but i have never truely been happy with em... i got pioneer ones though.. maybe alpine ones are better

Thanks for the positive comments guys! The car was stock as a rock when i purchased it off a female owner back in 1998. There is hardly a single part of this car that i haven't replaced or enhanced in one way or another, so it has come a long way in the 9 years of ownership.

Nup, no equaliser. Apexi boost controller on the top and Apexi rev/speed metre on the bottom.

The splits are the Alpine type 'S' which are only running off the headunit. I have had Pioneer and Kenwood speakers in the past but the Alpines are by far the best speakers that i have ever purchased.

The sad thing is, I could have purchased an evo 8 or 9 with the money i have spent on this car!

Anyway, considering my front tyres are literally missing chunks of rubber, when I purchase a new set (semi-slicks  ), I am definately keen for a 1/4 run. :)

Well, finally I have performed the magna rear disc conversion, with DBA slotted rotors, braided lines and bendix ultimate pads. I also replaced the whole rear end (axle beam and swaybar) as I sheared off a nut inside the hub and a wheel fell off!!!!

Image

I also added a 63mm throttle body elbow which has given me a few more KW's. I hope to do a dyno power run this week and post it up...

Image

I decided to take a few photos today when the sun was out...hope you enjoy! :)

I had the opportunity to give the Cordia a dyno run today now that I have hopefully ironed out all the problems and headfvcks... 33 degrees in Adelaide proved a bit warm to extract the most out of it, so I could only run 18psi instead of a potential 22 pounds....

Image

I said before the run that I am not heading out tonight unless it makes at least 200...so, it looks like I am heading out...just...hehe
