i know what you mean, I want to wide body mine now , maybe run 235 to 245s all round , I have been looking at the 5 stud also , I think the TR TS KR KS front hubs will be fine , but the rear puzzles me as I have looked to hard at it yet

Haha it's a disease, just look at bitza's machine...I was thinking that seeing as the rear discs have the hubs built in that it could be a possibility of just giving dba a call and seeing if they'd consider supplying them in a 5-stud pattern...food for thought.

Aren't the sigmas still a 4x113.4 setup? Same goes for the starion, however i have seen them with the 5 stud conversion done, you have any info on this mate?

You could re-drill the four stud to five stud...............it's quite easily done..........I had to convert the TL Magna discs to four stud as they were five.

As seen here:

Got the car back from exhaust tech today...cooler piping & new dump all done, may need to raise the cooler up as it's sitting pretty damn low! Shouldn't be too long now, just got some small additions to make and then it's ready to be fired up :D

I'll probably stick with the original bar and then make a custom diffuser for the lower section...i need to find a good condition original gsr lip to work from though.

Few more pics from this weekends progress...got the cooler sorted, needed to be raised up a little higher as it was just 100mm from the ground! Also fitted the catch can and lines, radiator lines (and a fresh coat of matt black paint - i think it ties in a little better now than before) along with the pwr steering line and adjusting the position of the oil cooler...wired in the new horns as well and also fitted the lower apron, just needs some holes cut for the cooler piping to fit through.

Next up will be designing a custom airbox and a few other small bits and pieces...Hopefully with the time over Christmas i should be able to finish this thing off...Watch this space :D

Thought i'd share a couple of quick pics of the custom air-box I've built for the cordia...pics aren't that great but at least you get an idea. I was originally planning to fit a small battery behind the air-box however it was only going to be temporary till i moved it to the boot which i will now do anyway to save time. I know this project is taking forever but i am a believer in doing everything right the first time, my list of things to do is slowly geting smaller and smaller...it's good to see im making progress even if it's at a slow rate :)

Got a little more work done over the last couple of weeks...almost worked out the rest of my connections for the wiring looms, pain in the ass trying to work out where they all go, but with a little help form the web I've managed to get them sorted :)

Also finished the lines for the oil cooler and some more of the wiring for the alarm and moving the battery into the boot. Since I've decided to go with the original bar again over the fiberglass evo 3 item i have, the old one required some patching up along with the front apron receiving some holes for the cooler piping to fit through...i have only primed it for now, but will be receiving a fresh coat of paint further down the track.

I'm still waiting for some parts to arrive so i can finish the boot install for the battery but should hopefully have them by the weekend. After that i need to sort out the vac lines, and boost controller, fit the vents into the bonnet and things should be getting pretty close :)

I've thrown a few more pics up as the last ones were pretty crap

Pretty much everything in the engine bay that's black has been sprayed with 3M matt black engine enamel, rated to withstand 300 degrees

Thanks mate appreciate it... definitely, it's been a long process but it's getting close now :) At this stage if it gets anything over 200kw, which should be easy I'll be happy. I'll give a full run down on everything when she's running again.

I had some time this week to start some work on the bonnet. As many of us know, the damn thing wont shut with the VR4 cam cover on there, so again I've taken Bitza's idea and removed the cross brace on the bonnet. I've only had a chance to remove the section and quickly add some primer, I still need to add some filler and smooth it all out. Should hopefully have some time this weekend to finish it off along with adding the evo bonnet vent I've got.

Some more pics, enjoy guys.
