Thanks bud.

I have no idea when the bloody thing will be back on the road but it would be nice to have it done before summer nights.

Wanna turn it into a race? I probably have more to do than you but you’re far lazier so guess it will be fair competition. Plus this will make it more interesting as you might actually get yours done in time lol.

Front or rear? lol only joking!

The fronts cost me $450. They have been rebuilt and revalved to suit my needs, this made them damn stiff. Just the way i like it:)

And the rears. Umm, lets just say i was very fortunate to have found them :)

With my current financial status (because of all this), I’m estimating that she'll be back on the road late Feb. Full tune should be some time March (tho this date could change real quick if I get exited and go buy some new parts :) )

If we have a cruise before then ill still attend.

They are so much thicker than the already thick vr4 ones, so they should be sweet.

Plus a benefit of these is that I save approximately 450g using these forged pistons and rods over the stock cast components. Combine this with the 3kg saved from using the B/S eliminator and I have saved about 3.5kg off the rotating assembly. Then there is the lightened flywheel (CBF weighing the difference) which I may be changing back to a stock one.

I should have the block and rotating assembly back from the machinist/balancer next week so things are looking promising. And yes im craving to drive it.

About 90% sure it will be springy motors.

So do I, It’s so cool. Unfortunately it doesn’t work over 16” LOL.

Current status is as follows:
-Motor 70% Complete this weekend.
-Interior is in! And the wiring is 90% complete.
-Need to make a new top engine mount
-Need to finish seam welding the bay and paint it (sanding complete).
-Need new control arm to chassis poly bushes

Hope all this gets done before the cruse.
