Cheers guys !

Here's a quick interior shot, taken off my phone so looks really Brown & the seats look faded which they arn't.
Factory cassette player still in place, new headunit which blends nicely with the Black trim & dash mat to hide the infamous cracked dash. The GSR seats really helped break up the brown, next on the interior to do list is to replace the carpet, in Black as well.
You can also see the extra cigarette lighter I fitted to hide some random holes in that little area.

Thanks Andrew ! And likewise to your AC, been keeping a close eye on the thread.

No problems either, it was indeed from this old girl, I would of loved to keep it for the all original look but now it's my dedicated daily so I need some luxury ! The cassette player can still keep some originality.

*Update
Fitted a footrest & some Red lens door lights today from this Magna Elite I've been going through. Didn't know myself without a footrest & the Red lens added some jdm touch as well as nice & bright at night.

Nice Mike.........at least you didn't have to cut a hole in the trim for the door lights..........GSR's don't have them, but the hole is still there.

Your project is looking great.

Yeah I can't say I'd be keen on cutting holes out, I didn't know the GSR's did not have them to be honest ! Though, missing being in a turbo car I'd much rather a snail under the bonnet than door lights, haha.

Thanks again mate, the pics above are what I'm considering to be the "in-between" stage, testing the waters for the panda look but now after seeing this photo: http://i163.photobucket.com/albums/t315/tufgsr/CORDIA/cord4.jpg I am definitely getting the lowered rear springs in tomorrow & loose some of the Blackness & spray some bits & pieces the factory White again I think.

Keep up the good work on the AC too, been drawing some inspiration from it to get this thing leak & rust free !

Today I picked up a GSR front tow hook, rear boot carpet in good nic, another spoiler but in absolute great condition & a sunroof, I doubt it's genuine ? but it is the wind type..
I also installed the lowered rear springs I picked up from Pete on here, made a decent difference & now levels the car out, though not on a full tank so I'll be able to see it sitting properly tomorrow.

Yesterday I managed to Sikaflex the crack around the front tow bar opening back together again.

Also removed my current spoiler held down by silicone & double sided tape & decided to drill out holes for a proper fitment & mounting for the new spoiler I picked up. All went well & sits a lot nicer, next up is to give it some paint

I've got some Monroe GT rear shocks coming this week as well, so I'll get them fitted by the weekend & by next week I'll grab some for the front.

Other plans are to repaint the front end, side mirrors & polish up the wheels, hopefully all this week.

Haha, ahh yes, something I take for granted. It's lasted the test of time ! You're welcome to have it if you can fit the whole air con system I have sitting outside collecting dust, thanks :D

Update***

Today, I fitted up some Monroe GT rear shock absorbers to accompany the new rear springs. What a hell of a difference that made. Obviously there was going to be some form of improvement over 27 year old shocks but very happy.

Next I'll replace the fronts, & then onto the sway bars.

I also picked up a set of Buddy Club P1 QF's in 16 x 7 +40 & Satin Black, they need some tyres so it'll probably be another week before they go on yet.

Image

Tomorrow I'll be repainting the doors exterior trim pieces with some handy Plasti Dip.

Paid the wreckers a visit today & got myself some replacement carpet in Black, the aftermarket type seen on eBay.
Seeing it had already had some time fitted in a Cordia the fit was great & after a good clean up it looks & feels new.

Goodbye faded Brown carpet, eww.

Something I have been meaning to do for a while is replace a whole heap of plastic clips & what-not for the front end in particular for the grill & headlights surrounds, which I collected today on the way, & now fitted the front end is all secure for once.

And funny enough bumped into Pete (phaser) while scavenging through one of the wrecks lol

I also ditched the HID's after one was playing up & brought some 'Nokya' arctic White halogens instead to try out w/ some heavy duty harness (http://firesport.com.au/nokya-arctic-white-7000k-turbo-boost--ad210408.htm)
HID appearance & similar output & less clutter 8)

With your plastic parts you can respray them.......if you want them in charcoal just use flexi prime then spray in VHT SP954, it's the exact colour of the GSR.

Same as what I did on my thread. :D

Buddy Clubs are now sold.

I came across these bad girls instead tonight on eBay, put a bid in & won them with ease

Very very pleased, can't wait to have them fitted over the weekend.

Simmons B45.
They are 15 x 6.5 +35 all round, which will make a good fit.
