Here's my dog inspecting the new arrival for any defects. came to the conclusion that the whole thing's a defect and that she would be taking no responsibility if I get cought using it.

Image
here's the cooler sitting infront of my car with the RX cooler in place still.

Image
and here's the cooler fitted up into where it'll be installed today

will post more pics tomorow once it's all set up.

Hmm, that looks schmick and will make a nice fit... kinda makes me wish I'd gone the 450 actually, the 600 is a bit of a lag monster on stock boost

Should look sexeh :D

Astaroth.

cooler install was completed today :D
Image
squeezing lots of boost through it and after a bit of a strap the outlet side was still COLD. gotta love that, scares the shite out of me how much power that thing's making now  . and laggy as fark, can imagine how bad yours must feel astaroth!, even the 450mm seems to take for ever to pressurise.

Yer my entire core and end tanks are yet to be anything other than cold to the touch, even on 40deg+ days. Beautiful :)

Laggy? LAGGY?!?!?!? @!#$@#$%@#$! I'll show you laggy... I'm running a 14b on stock boost, and you think THAT is laggy? hehehe LOL :)

But she DOES look schmick mate... that's a good install. Just looks super-mad cause you still got your front bar... mine is gone :(

Astaroth.[/b]

thanks for the kind words fellas. keeping the front bar was exactly the reason i paid and extra $100 for the smaller cooler. my car's all about being as stock looking and tidy as possible, and inspite of itself the cooler's no exception.

12s!. lol. it made more power, but not that much more power. realistically, with somre really good slicks it'd run 12s. i'm hoping for mid 13s right now and ludicrous terminal speeds. stay posted. will get a dyno run next week just to get a power figure ad a/f ratios. and post resluts

"'m running a 14b on stock boost, and you think THAT is laggy"
as for that comment astaroth, we're yet to establish exactlywhat my turbo is, might be the humble 14b all along. or something else..., come to think of it, time to bump up that thread...
