if your just gonna go manual you can do that yourself, its just a bleed tap you install between the turbo housing and the waste gate acutuator, very easy to do, i recomend a turbotech controller and leave it in the engine bay so your not tempted to fiddle with it and blow your engine

yeah i wanted to go electronic. i like doing things the best i can afford to. any idea where i can get one and get it fitted around my area (revesby) and what brand to get. can you get a time/boost controller in one unit?

Your car: MY car? hmmm a black hunk of metal that moves once every year
thats a fairly large commitment for a std 4g62, you might find for some cash going multi point or even vr4 would be better than electronic upping of the boost, just saying so you have some more options

for a work shop to source fit and tune a electronic boost controller your almost looking at the cost of a aftermarket computer tune and you might have more fun with more response than just more boost, if you want rawr boost poawr then manual controller might be better for starters till you know what your dealing with.

as i said just another option for you.
