I wouldnt use them anyways, wrong design for xenons. You need projectors.

I've been looking into retrofitting HIDs to cordia headlights, unfortunately ran out of funds...

those kits only have bulbs; putting them in will result in a non-focused beam and alot of unuseable light. Essentially is a waste of money and will blind oncoming traffic, and everybody will hate you.

You use the original headlight to figure out the cut off --> modify the housing and install projector, focus cut off to same place as the original, presto, done. (mostly anyways... would need to hold the projector there, etc. re-seal the headlight... but yeah... )

Basically the cordia lights are Starion lights with an extension added.

Starion lights are available, but it would mean clear lenses would need to be developed.

Borrowed from Austarion:

still not suitable for proper HIDs, but yeah; clear lense is needed. Was considering grinding and polishing the stock lense.

how hard would it be to make a whole new light and get glass cut for it??
i have always wanted to do this with a cordia as our lights really dont do the job as well as they could

The glass has molded beading to ensure waterproofing..........It would be easier getting UV stable plastic versions made.
