Hi all.
I am a past member who has an '84 AB GSR that is about to rise once more. It has been off the road since '09. I bought the car in '03 off the original owner. At that time it had around 115,000 klm's on the clock. I fired it up during the week for the first time in years. A few short spits and she fired up. What I didn't count on was the injection mixer seals drying up with time and it spat fuel everywhere so I have a little bit of work (and $$$) to spend on it. I will post some pics when I figure out how to do it :mrgreen:

Hi all. Been a while since I've been around here. I have done a fair amount of work to get the car up and running again only to find my brake master cylinder had emptied itself of fluid...bit of a bummer. So I was looking to get a newy but was wondering what alternatives there might be floating around out there? I do intend on upgrading the brakes as we all know how "wonderful" the standard brakes are.
I got myself a set of Magna front hub and brake assemblies and I would like to do the rears also. Trolling through past posts relating to brake boosters and such just confused me that tad more :oops:
Anyone like to comment or make suggestions...I value your input.

There are many options, TP magna master and booster right through to TS with dual diaphragm.......all require different setups..... but for my money I would use an EVO (1) twin diaphragm booster..........will bolt straight into the cordia and they run a 1 inch master cylinder.

You will need to use the EVO brake lines to the standard cordia proportioning valve.

Thanks Bitza, your worth more money :mrgreen: ....I made the purchase, now to find those brake lines or I guess I could make them. While we are on the subject of making things, you spoke of Honda steering rack bushes in your reply to my question on 0-PSI's post. I have manual steering (is it called manual steering :oops: ?), what Honda bushes do you think might fit? I was considering making a silicon mold using the reasonable set I have here as a plug and ordering casting urethane....trick is to get the correct hardness of urethane, "shore" value I believe the boffins call it....any ideas on this?

You can use TL magna lines, they are the same length........I just goggled the bushes and took some rough sizes.....Nissan Skyline were very close aswell.
