Yes it was. Someone already got to it and took the mirrors an the rear window. Who knows what is also missing, once I go through it I will know what needs to be done. Body kit is gone too |

Ok, So I had a quick look at it yesterday. First of all I forgot how small they are and how light they are. Body This will require the most amount of work. Clear and paint are in not the best condition. Overall small around of rust around the back light and left side front panel. Very small amount, easy fix. Some surface rust in the boot from collecting rain water. Panels are straight. Left side door cannot open it as it hitting the left panel (had to use the screwdriver to hold it open" Nothing that I wouldn't expect. The biggest thing I have to attend to on the body is the left had side frame. This car had an accident in 98' , left had side. It was fixed but not as much as I would like to. There are is a crack above left side front wheel , in the wheel arch. I cannot see anything from inside the engine bay. It is still solid but there is a crack. This will require some welding work. I cannot start putting power to it without everything there being done correctly. Bitza if you have a manual pic of what the frame consists etc please send it to me so I can see what is the best angle to sort this out. Mechanics Nothing left, the only thing left is the re /chrome water hose you see above and the rusted radiator. I cannot believe that so much money was spent on that car and they kept the original radiator. Interior Yes, I got rid of the yellow seats and the back seat wasn't even from cordia!? I don't know what they were thinking. I am looking for original AA or AB interior, if anyone has any let me know. Handbrake doesn't work. Original wheels from 16 years ago are still on the car, lots of markings on them. Lot's of work but it is fixible and worth it I believe. Also does anyone know where I can get this bodykit from?
