What are everyone's thoughts on this style mount on the vr4 swap? https://www.ebay.com.au/ulk/itm/201573719316 My mount is torn and looking for a replacement. I read on here, to replace it with the cordia mount but I couldn't find much more on that topic. If anyone has a link to a 'how to' or anything like that for the mount il be very thankful. As like many others, my timing case doesn't fit. |

You need to fabricate a mount for the LHF if you fit a dohc 4g63 to a Cordia. I personally wouldn't use a polyurethane mount unless it had some voids machined or cast into it. |

I've got the mount made for the 4g63, it's just cracked and I need to replace the bush. Not sure what to replace it with tho. Buy an original cordia mount and reweld my previous mount lower to clear the timing case. Or also reweld the mount on it, and use something like that bush I've put a link too |

Many of us have done this mount, just be sure that the engine sits approx 20mm lower at the front, seen so many where the cam cover won't clear or the bonnet has been cut to suit, another point is NOT to use the VR4 mount itself, cut off the cordia one and re-weld, if you use the VR4 one it will push back the engine approx 10mm due to the larger circumference causing the other mounts to "sit" crooked/strained. |

Ok got it cheers. I'm not sure which one it currently has as I didn't do the conversion. But it was done very hack so trying to clean up what I can. The wiring was a nightmare. That's something I've been working on and slowly getting there |
