What exactly is the reason why there is a tubular brace from the transmission to the rear engine mount? I have one now since my car did not come with it (have not put it on yet, royal PITA to do that bolt). Is it because of the smaller bolt in the rear bell housing or the length of the rear engine mount bracket bolted to the block?
