:( My turbo f*** up and now i'm going to change it. Are there any special steps or thing I need to do so I don't mess it up. any help would be good thanks

Just be careful unbolting it from the manifold and exhaust, use alot of oil/WB-40 to loosen them so that you don't damage the bolts plus it's damn hard to undo, use a pipe to extend the socket spanner handle if you want to make it easier.

Don't lose any of the bits either, nothing to special, just common sense !

my tip would be make sure your sure the turbo is fudged before you take it off...smokey or something or not boosting etc..??....

apart from that...piece of piss...to a degree...dont loose the oil pipe copper washers etc...though i'd reccomend replaceing them anyway...

yeah use shit loads of WD40 etc. even soak them overnight. makes it ALOT easier and u won't snap studs or bolts which turns the job into a nightmare
