For Sale: 1985 White AC Cordia VR4
Item Condition: Good condition not excelent, mechanically excelent, recently rebuilt and runs amazingly well, body has no rust but paint needs to be fixed where side strips have come off and bonnet where VR4 convertion patch is :)
Price and price conditions: I have over 10k worth of receipts just for the motor rebuild/ turbo etc so would really like 5K to see my baby go.

Details (there are alot here so forgive me if I miss a few)

The old boys will remember me, I use to be an absolute forum whore. And spent 3+ years doing this car up my self. Have recently got married and buying a house blar blar, time to get rid of my baby. It's done me very very well and never let me down I will be very sad to see it go.. but it's time.

Car snapped a timing belt after the convo a few years back, rebuild the motor will all the nice stuff then proceeded to get a normal car and get busy so it's sat doing basically nothing for 3 years.

Car is currently still in rego and runs exceptionally well.

KM's Approx 150k but nothing is original so take that as a grain of salt.
1985 AC GSR White
Microtech MT8
New Engine Bay Wiring (not chopped factory)
Wiring for new fuel pump in but not fitted
New fuel pump (not fitted) Bosh 440 (was going to use as an inline pump, so factory one is still in tank and workig fine)
Motor only has about 500kms on it since rebuild
HKS GT25/30r Turbo (Ball Bearing, this thing is nuts, and spools instantly 500k since rebuild)
Mazda 550 CC injectors
N/A Vr4 Plenum (more high end power than Turbo ones)
N/A Vr4 Cams (more high end power than Turbo ones which are designed for low end power)
Flange adapter cuztom made from 1" steel so it actually flows well.
3" Madrel Exaust with SS muffler (not a gay cannon, a good quiet one)
3” Hi-flow cat with flanges
New oil return line for turbo (braised fitting to sump and put the expensive alloy and silicon hoses on)
El dials (not fitted)
Side skirts
Rear bar (not fitted)
Repainted front grill
All new brake pads
Front disk upgraded (Vr4)
Rear disks (off Magna)
Dash is NOT cracked it’s been inside it’s whole life (quire rare)
17” lenso’s needs tyres
15” mitsu rims
Still running stock boost (haven’t even got a boost controller yet so 8psi or there abouts I think)
New battery, relocated to boot.
Oil filter relocation kit
Massive front mount cooler (use to live in Hervey Bay, it's hot there LMAO)
Fatory VR4 BOV crimped (makes it not leak but works well)
Pod filter
Gearbox is about 1000km's on it (was rebuild properly by company in Bris)
Nitrate stregthend drive shafts
Boost + Oil Pressure + A/F Guages
Kings lowered springs
Munro lowered shocks
Nolathane bushes
Nolathane front and rear engine mounts
Removed AirCon (never used it)
Removed 5th gear (makes 1-4 longer gears which works better for VR4 in my opinion)
Strut brace
Microtech only has basicly tuned map so runs well but could run ALOT better with a good tune.

Paint isn't bad (been inside most of it's life) except the bonnet lump (vr4 convo) and where the black side strips have come off (would be easy to just restick if you don't want to paint)

** QLD Blue Plated **

This car makes silly amounts of power as it sits, and will without question make a good chunk more if it's tuned.

Thanks mate, it's had hundreds and hundreds of hours spent on her.

As with all Cordia's I'd imagin it also comes with more spares than actually fit in the car. (headlights, blinkers, engine parts, air concompressors etc, all sorts of random stuff)

And the rebuild was all ACL Stuff, new pistons, rings, valves, metal head gasket etc.

Heheheh yes it is rather large, I was living in Bundy when I bought that cooler, and 40+ days is normal so it did actually make quite a difference over the stock VR4 one I had on it before then. But yeah... does look a little nuts :) heheh

yeah, thankfully I'm right up the top of the range, so we got out of it easy, other than a very boggy yard no drama's at all.. so yes car is still nice and dry in the shed LOL.
