It cannot be done on a stock ECU without causing dramas, dont bother trying its just not worth it.

Best thing to do is get a K&n replacement of your stock filter. One of these will be more than enough for any amount of power 95% of cordia's will ever make.

i was thinking i will install it providing i drill a hole end of the air filter then put the air sensor in the end of the pod filter so that the sensor reconises air presure or suction i heard this works very well.

Still cheaper than getting an EPA compliance certificate to remove the nasty notice you will receive next time you get pulled over.

Do you want your cordia to dose? If so, sell your cordia and by a VL.

If you don't want a VL then get your cordia some aftermarket management, but considering this will set you back around a grand just to run a 50 or so dollar pod, this option just isn't really worth it.

Seriously man consider our advice, these Karmen vortex AFM's are quite sensitive in general, If you begin to mess with them they will give you hell!

Like I stated above, best thing to do is get a K&N replacement of your stock filter. They sit in the stock location, come with a million kilometer guarantee and can be washed when they get dirty.

BTW the way most pod filters are installed do more harm to performance than good. It's just honda talk, "Man I just installed the pody and my vtec just kicks in yall"

Not really, you can do this with the original box:

It will allow extra air into the filter..........but the air will be hot as it's drawn from under the bonnet, not from a fresh source..........still works well with a K&N insert though.
