Ok i keep hearing about disconnecting the hose running from oil/air separator to the airbox and placing a small breather filter on the outlet.

What does it do and what are the gains.

Can someone please tell me in detail how to do it thanks.

It stops oil from going back through the intake and into the cylinders. Oil has a low octane rating so depending on how much goes through it might bring on detonation (although probably not likely). With a proper seperator you wont have any more oil gunking up your intake.
