1: Jack up the car and remove the wheel.
2: Undo the bolt at the back of the callipers on the bottom with a 12mm socket or spanner.
3: flip up the callipers.(secure them in some way)
4: remove brake pads, easiest just to remove from the bottom.
5: put in new brake pads, easist to slot them in at the top then push the bottom in.
6: use a clamp to push the piston back in to allow room for the extra thickness of the new pads.
7: flip the calliper back down over the pads
8: secure the calliper with the bolt removed from step 2.
9: Put the wheel back on
10: pump the brake pedal until it firms up before you go driving and keep it easy until they wear in.

Just watch out that the brake cannister where you pour in the brake fluid doesn't overflow, I took the lid off mine and wrapped it in some rags incase.

* I also highly recommend that the brake system should be bled (with new fluid run all the way through) after changing pads - Astaroth.

Done and done.

If anyone has anything to add to this, PM me and I'll move it back for comment.
