Removing the Instrument Cluster:

Remove these four screws. The bottom two are tucked under;

And here.

Reach behind and unplug the two switches (wiper and demister), and remove this part of the Dash...

Reveiling this!

Another four screws to undo.

Now all you have to do is reach behind and unplug the Wire Gangs and speedo cable.

Installation if obiously the reverse of removal

White Face Conversion:
I dont have the white faces, but can still show you how to put em on. After you have removed the dash:

Image
Unclip the Black 'Face' from these 5 clips. This cluster just happens to not have guages, just in case you are asking, "where are the gauges'

Image
Now unscrew the guages from the Cluster. While you're at it you could test and replace any blown bulbs.

Image
now, Pull off the Needle from the Speedo and Tacho only. Unscrew the small black screws

Image
The other gauges backplate dont 'go around' the needle, so you dont have to remove the needle

Now all you have to do is swap the backplates over, then put it all back together again.

If the Speedo or tacho needles feel loose when you put it back together, mix up a little 5-min araldite or supaglue, and put it in a fine sewing needle, and only put a TINY amount in there.

I did that on my ford, orange needles and blue lights. Came out really well. I think you just need to choose your colours wisely
