Queens birthday long weekend

Melbourne guys - meet MYOB 9am sunday
Then when everyone has arrived we will leave at 10am and head for ballarat!
those who wanna pay a little dosh can stay with some mates in cabins to make it cheaper
anyone have tents etc? are most welcome to camp it out without power

I think they have bbq facilitys but at the moment were trying to work out a cookup/event plan where everyone Chucks in $50 and we use the money as a group to organize strippers...LOL i mean food and accomodation at the park.

Ballarat also has a good street scene, so we could possible set up camp then go for a cruise!

Anyway im chucking up ideas and will need heaps of input!!!!





Halls gap also would be a top pick, awsome roads awsome scenery!

i suggest every1 get's the time off work etc. now rather than later

that way there will be no excuses for not coming!!!

we will be working out some good cruise routes for once we get there, from what i've been told there are some very good twisties nearby!!

Ballarat is an awesome place, i think Ballarat is very good idea. Also the idea of putting in $50 or however much at the start is a great idea as then no one will feel like they've put in too much or not enough.

Those that cant pay shouldn't be able to go, just on the basis of moochng of others.

I also got my car back today! So im back on the road woooo! Man im excited.

this is gonna be soo cool, i have an exam like on the 10th june and on 17th june. this will be my "break" from studying......

so, spread the word people! there are a few cordia's in ballarat, so for them there is no excuse. We are hoping for more of a western suburbs turn-out this time, since they whinged last time coz the cruise was out east.

and if you're worried about the early start Steve, we can make the meet point at your place, so u can't be late.

Either that, or U can meet at MYOB at mid-day, and u can cruise up by yourself

we're still working out the details, but it might just be easier to stay in cabins rather than tents etc. At the moment it'll be $50 per person, and we'll be trying to confirm that shortly. If we can get cabins within the budget, then we will.

Ballarat is a great place, our sunday night cruise will be awsome, heaps of imports/v8 commodore driving boguns, and so many good traffic light opportunitys lol

after that we will swing by the bottle shop and buy up a storm

Im not exactly sure how the $50 is going to be budgeted just yet, were all working on that now, how about some input, it was just an idea thrown up....and as soon as I get a rough idea about how many people will b coming i can call the park and book some sites etc

I cant make the Queens B'day weekend as my 21st is that weekend and I'll be running around like a Euro-boi seeing all my family n stuff, also the next weekend or the weekend is out too depending on when I have my party.

Hmmmm, problem guys. My uni exam is on monday the 13th. So the only way I can come is if we go up saturday, saty saturday night then leave sunday afternoon. Then I can do my exam monday morning

I'll have a talk with tom since im in change this week while he's busy. I will see if we can maybe make it the week later if its easier for you guys, plus i need to know numbers of cordia owners and there friends, but not to many as there wont be enough cabins unless we camp in tents.
So make up your mind and tell me whats going on so i can start booking and getting a total price.

Im giving everyone till the 15th of may thats the end of the week to tell me who's going,how many friends, cabins or tents and what date.
