yeah, there will be plenty of people who can give you a lift if you don't have a car or license, so don't worry. Check the bus routes, i'm sure there are buses down burwood hwy, and if not, we can arrange for someone to pick you up.

i'm pretty keen to keep the date as is. Because sunday is the only day I can make it, saturday's i work, and weekdays everyone else works lol...

Tom, we'll probably be finished the cruise by 3-4pm or so, so i think that should be enough time for you to drive back. Next time, we'll make the cruise out west-side so it's easier for you!

Anyway, i'm excited, i have rego now, so my bumble-bee cordia will be making an appearence!

ok, i went for a drive along the cruise route to verify the directions and travelling time.

Driving time will be approx 2 hours total, if we leave at 11am, and given time for stops, we should expect to return to the meet spot at 2-2.30pm-ish

I was gonna try and do a bbq, but couldn't see a good spot, so we will be stopping at maccas on the way back for lunch (around 1.30pm ish, so a late lunch)

the route is good, there is a good mix of twisties and hills and straight bits etc. it should be alot of fun.

So anyway, details are confirmed. Tell all your friends, all cars welcome etc. Maps will be handed out at the meet location.

Im there definitely. :) Hey Tim had a look at the map, the route looks sweet as! Done those roads a few times, should be a blast.
Had a look in the melway doesnt really seem to be anywhere to have a barbie like you said. Trying to get in contact with a family friend who is a park ranger up there. Will keep everyone posted!

i don't think we'll do a barbie. Too hard to organise, especially since we don't know exact number of people attending etc.

The more people, the merrier, if you can't bring a cordia for whatever reason, bring another car!! It will be good to catch up with everyone, it's been a while since we've cruised so we should get a good turnout.

w0rd.

Im trying to get heaps of random people I know will be interested in the drive to come..So long as they dont cause too much attention the more the merrier! IF all go's well and there is a good turnout we can always drop past a safeway and grab some snags etc...but we'll see how it goes
