dude sounds good so far :D
that leaves us in burswood area so wat about a bbq near the casino there in the casino park area..... due to it being a sunday it could be packed as hell or quiet... otherwise we could do south perth or up towards the hill a bit more - garvey park (think thats wat its called) but yeh nice work thanks man.

i went on the ultimate car cruise last night it was awesome had like 200 cars went up to mindarie then back ellenbrook shopping car park then to bassendeen, south street bus stop and finished up in kings park some guys in a 4wd bought like a bbq and sold sausage sizzles. obviously this is not anything to do with our cruise but its good to see interest in these kind of events growing!

keep the ideas coming ppl :)

nah that leaves us in the foothills near Midland... I think... Dont know where Kalumunda road is but? When you say turn left onto great eastern Hwy (GEH) where abouts do we do that coz I followed that until you said take Roe Hwy North coz it goes East (Towards Midland) and West (Into Canning Vale) lol. Was thinking instead of using the poly pipe and Leach Hwy why not Go up the Stirling Hwy up the coast and go through cotts. Then get back on the Stirling Hwy and throw a left when we get to UWA and then a right to go into the back of Kings Park (KP) Cruise through there till we get to the Western power Parkland (Good BBQ area) have lunch there coz I guess it'll be round about 1230 - 1 when we get there. Stop for say half an hour to an hour and then head back through KP and head towards FWY NORTH. Take that up to Reid HWY then take the left at the intersection where the Reid becomes the Tonkin Hwy and Head into the Swan Valley. Not sure of the road name coz I dont have a map book in front of me but take the Gt Northern Hwy South through Upper Middle and Lower Swan till we hit the Roe Hwy and throw a left and follow that until we throw a left at the GEH and follow that up the hill to Mundaring and perhaps do a Weir run stop there for some afternoon drinks (non alcoholic of course) and then push on from there. Throw me some more ideas and Ill try and have it written up tomorrow if every one approves. I just thought we should have a bit of diversity like coast to hills run that way we get the best of both worlds. What does everyone think???? Anyone has any queries or anything just email me on bryan.blackshaw@defence.gov.au or just talk on here I get better access to my email than i do this site. Hope you guys approve. Should be a great day. Bring ya digi cameras and camcorders if ya got em. I got both so ill be bringing mine along so fun can be captured and remembered by all. cheers guys.

Ok I agree about the poly pipe but still reckon we do the BBQ at Kings Park. If ya wanna see ya gf Eddie just bring her along lol. KP would be good to grab some happy snaps of all our beasts together with our beautiful city in the back ground lol. Well if we wanna do the poly pipe coz to be honest i wouldn't mind hearing my exhaust blasting through there along with a group of cordia's. DROOOL :P
hehe Genie 2.5" from turbo back with no holes lol
Instead of leaving Kings park and going straight up Fwy Nth. Go Fwy Sth to South Tce and follow that down through como and get onto Canning Hwy East and take that to the Graham Farmer Fwy and take the North entry and go for a roar through the poly pipe which will take us straight to Fwy Nth and we can continue showing the world that Mitsy Cordias have more charm than any new car hehe ;)

Punk Rock- If you SOR take a ride into Kenwick and there is a wreckers there called pick a part and you basically bring your own tools and walk into the yard and take off whatever you want. just pay for what you walk out with. You should be able to get one for about $35. Be a lot quicker than using ebay. Im sure they'll have a few cordz there for wrecking. There aint a wrecker in the world that dont have a cordia wreck I rockon so just hop on down there and you should find what your loking for.

Haha, Sinead isn't exacly the 'car' type, so It wouldn't be fair 2 bring her along, after what was aggreed earlyer, but even if she did, im sure she wouldn't cause any interferance at all. I don't drive a commodore lol

Alrite man, I think ure 'map modifications' are a good idea. Copy and paste my post and modify it, post it up, then ill edit my post so there is no confusion possible. I would do this for you, but yea, ive had a few beers, Plus im 2 lazy anywayz lol :D

And Kenwick Pick-a-part are fudging awsome. They get my reccomendation there. My m8 was looking for Shift Linkages for his Gemini and got em for $40.

When we get sum pics from the cruz, if everyone can get em 2 me, ill host em, and we can show them on the forum so the rest of the Cordia Community can see the

Yea, I often see shithouse, bombs of standard GSLs, but, whenever I see a Cordia (GSR or good condish) or Starion, I cant help myself but say 'Hi'

Except the time I was SMSing(I swear, I was stopped @ the lights) and Bryan 'Bluey' said "Nice Car Mate".

Ok this is the final DRAFT of where we are heading anyone wanna add something let me know and ill edit it if the majority agree.

1st Perth Cordia Cruise for 2005

Exit Carousel shopping center through thaffic lights next to HJ's

Turn RIGHT at Albany hwy

Turn LEFT at Leach Hwy
be in the left lane for the slipramp

Turn LEFT at Karel ave

Turn RIGHT at south st

Now we take south st all the way to freo

Turn RIGHT at South terrace

Cappuchino strip run. Windows DOWN, Stereo UP, sub-woofers up. Maybe a coupla runs if the attentions there. If you can, GET SOMEONE TO TAKE SOME PHOTOS OR MOVIE US GOING THROUGH

Turn Right onto Cantonment St

Then at the end do a quick Right then left turn to bring us onto Queen Victoria St. Follow this across bridge which will take us ova the Swan river.

Turn left onto Tydeman Rd, which will bring us out at Port Beach.

Turn Right at the Traffic Lights onto Port Beach Rd

Turn left onto Marine Parade. Follow this up, stick to the speed limit (coz there are usually a few cops along here) and cruise through cotts.

Take a right onto Eric St

Left onto Stirling Hwy and follow this up to UWA

Turn Left onto Winthrop Av and throw a quick right after about 250m into Poole Ave which is that back of KP

Throw a left in KP onto May Dr. This will take us to the Western Power Parkland for lunch. (Which brings me to my next point. Where we gonna pick up the snaggas and stuff I think we just take a quick detour off Karel Ave and go into Leeming Farmer Jacks open 7 days)

After lunch follow May Rd all the way round to Fraser Av where the view of Perth is so we can get some good photos and all that.

Once done there head out of KP towards Malcolm St throw a right then a quick left onto Harvest Tce (st that goes past the front of parliament house) and follow to the very end.

Turn right onto Murray St East and take the entry to FWY Sth.
Stay in right lanes otherwise you will end up going through Perth CBD.

Take the Canning Hwy East exit and head out towards Burswood. This does turn into the GEH but dun worry bout that.

Take the Graham Farmer Fwy Nrth Entry and get ready to make a mess in those pants Eddy because this is where we go through the poly pipe. Follow all the way through and stay on the Mitchell Fwy.

Take the Reid Hwy exit and head in towards the hills. (When the Reid Hwy becomes the Tonkin Hwy. For those of you who don’t know what to look for you will when it comes [Lots of signage)

At that point take a left turn at the lights and head continue up the Reid Hwy, this will change to Middle Swan Rd and then into the arse end of the Roe Hwy.

Take a left turn at the GEH which will take us up the big hill into Mundaring.

At this point we will be in Mundaring. Turn right into Hodgson St which then becomes Mundaring Weir Rd.

Cruise into the Mundaring Weir Area and stop some where for a bit of a drink and bite to eat if we hungry. (My boss just suggested a place called the lavender Tea Rooms not to sure whether any one into that kinda stuff but he highly recommended for a bite to eat in the afternoon. They make the best cakes and shit around apparently) any other suggestions let me know and ill add it in to this part of the egenda)

Continue in the same direction along Mundaring Weir Rd until you come to Lockwood Rd and hang a left. This will take us past Perth Observatory to Patterson Rd at which we hang a left.

This will bring us to a really fudged up set of intersections which the map book hasn’t covered to well. As far as I can see take the second right which is Bracken Rd and then take a right onto Pickering Brook Rd. (We are in the sticks at this point if you havent guessed that yet)

Take a left when you get to Canning Rd.

Turn right onto Canning Mills Rd and follow this all the way down into Kelmscott. (Don’t get confused by the intersection half way down the hill where Canning Mills continues to the left and if you go straight becomes Mills rd East).

When you get to the end (River Rd) Take a right then a quick left into Church st. This will bring us to the Albany Highway.

When we reach this point turn right and head into Kelmscott (Once again be very very careful as Cameras and cops with radar gun hang out here quite regularly)

Take a left into Denny Street and then right onto Railway Ave.

Throw a left at Lake Rd (Be on the lookout on here. Yes this is a dual lane long straight road, which is great for racing and high speed runs but coppers have been known to hide very well on here)

Turn left at Ranford Rd.

At this point I don’t know what time it will be. I assume it’ll be round 5 or 6ish so if we are hungry we can pull into the Canning Vale Shops and decide what take away we want for dinner (KFC, HJ’s, Macca s, Chicken Treat, Eagle Boys and I think there is a subway there.) I figured this would be a good place as I have seen a lot of car cruises pull in here. Usually see ET Pulsar cruises pull in here.

Depending on what is happening the next day ie. Work or school or whatever we might break up here at this point and head back to where ever we came from.

I will organise to print up some maps for every one so that we have a general idea of where we are going.

What does every one think. It would be a pain in the arse to actually follow this route in the map book unless you know these roads like the back of your hand. I have done this drive before minus the stops and it took me a good 3 to 4 hours. I was speeding as well so that might be why lol. Eddy I am gonna call ya this afternoon and bring my map with me and show ya where we are all gonna go if we follow this ok. Look forward to seeing ya all out there and we’ll make sure we show ppl out there what they are missing out on.

I cant wait for this. This is gonna rock I reckon!!!

Hope you guys like it!

Speddie - My name is Leah and yep my car runs on unleaded but i always use 98+ coz it usually runs like crap. i also gotta standard 1.8 with a cracked head and i swear it still goes betta than the 2Lt. pretty sure it needs a recon though.

Good work on the planning guys!! it sounds like it will be a great day!! Cant Wait
