See - I told you the big fella upstairs isn't a cordy fan. I reckon another date. But that's just me personally...

I concurr. Reschedule for a later date. And what about a bit of a camp or something. I don't no exactly what, i am just throwing an idea out there. If any one has any ideas for what we could get up to - all within the boundaries of the law of course  - then gimme a yell. I am keen as mustard to do something like the NSW boyos did, and I will look at organising it if that's wat the general public wants.

A few days... Are you having 4 cartons?

Anyway, I had a word to peeps that I no about half decent spots to visit, and I have a few ideas for a weekend sort of engagement. Just on that, what are the qld cordy boys thoughts on camping vs. staying in cabins?

Will get to everyone with what's, who's how much's and when's if and when I find out more info. If anyone else has idea's, drop us a line... Or just post it.

Cheers,
Chris

Camping is fine with me. I'm itching to use my new tent I bought at the camp expo...

Although some of the softer qld cordia owners may say it's too cold? ;)

No such thing as too cold. After a half a carton I could be shorts and singlet and be all right. So what does everyone reckon bout a 'camp out?'

I reckon it'd rock a wee bit.

I love camping!!!! :D To satisfy all though we could always camp somewhere with facilities like cotton tree caravan park / camp site or there's a SWEET place near the glasshouse mountains I camped at once that has toilets plus hot showers for the softies, lol

Some nice cruising roads out around the mountains too!! ;)

Glasshouse Mts would be about our and a half north of brissy? Up near Maroochy - awesome spot.

What dates are good for others - I have state league basketball commitments 'til mid august I think? Throw some dates, times and any other ideas that you lot may have into the air.

I'm not keen on taking the Cordz out on the track again in it's current state....

But how about something like this:

Meet 1 - Redbank KFC (Fox Street, Redbank)

~ 50min drive

Meet 2 - Aspley Macca's (Gympie Road, Aspley)

~ 30min drive

Meet 3 - Caboolture BP Servo (Bruce Highway, Caboolture)

~ 20min drive

Meet 4 - Campgrounds @ Glasshouse Mountains: Set up camp them cruise out over the mountain roads or to the coast for some fun and photos then back to the campsite in the arvo for a piss up and dinner!! Maybe even lunch at the Ettomoggah Pub the next day before heading home...

:D

Not keen on track time with the Cordy either. Kelbar autofest sounds awesome, but I am a busy man and don't think I could get away with 3 days out of the loop. BlackGSR, your itemised list is a bit of allright. I like a lot. And I like the Ettomoggah Pub thingo as well.
