how the fscuck did you get that kind of grpi off the line?!? . most of us are pulling 110mile to just crack 13s even with sticky rubber. best run previous owner had gotten on stock rubber was 15flat.

I'm more interested in the 1.8 whipping the shit out of most VR4's here than about how he gets grip :P

with Flat changing not doing alot for the car... and having 230k's on the clock.. not good at all and the gear box never been service by the last owner... so i want to come back to this post in a few month then i will post the new times when i get the new engine and mods.. :)

Hey,

On behalf of Pete (petcordia), on his second run ever:

Calder - 14.7 @ 97.6 mph

1.8, TC06, 14 psi (I think), 205/60/13s, big intercooler, AB model.

He would've done better but his fudging' cooler pipes kept blowing open. :-)

haha that is a slow GSL!! I really want to do a time in my GSL to show what can be done with a 600ml coke bottle, piece of mesh from tennis fence ****BLITZ**** , phat muffler and stupidly advanced igntion timing. I can get into the 10s for 0-100. bald front tyres + flat changing. i dont think a 17 would be out of the question

WHO HAS A GTECH IN MELBOURNE??

as for traction, i'll be borrowing some 215/40/17 rubber on ultra lightweight rims in 45 minutes. the boost is high, the time is now. fingers crossed nothing breaks.
