james that is a nice looking sert of wheels mate. but rust is a pain in the ass.
i got my car yeaterday and every time i pulled somthing off i found fust or damage of sum sort.

so looks like 3 going body work now.

if your parting out the other cordia cust all the bodyu parts or un bolt any thing that ya need.

you could pull out most of the panel under the window then just drill off you one and away you go.
also those rust spots in the quater, get in side the quater panel gring off the paint and get some rust converter on it, will stop it fdrom going any futer atm.

Is that just with putty? It's gonna flex around....if it is just with putty I give it 2 weeks max of daily driving. Surely it can't be that good.
As for Muffler, you have ONE rear muffler. It's an AC, your meant to have a cat and atleast another hotdog. Seriously James, las thing you want is to get pulled up with the amount of rust on it. I would be trying to fly under the radar untill it is all clean again. Cops LOVE old cars with kits and big rims...not to mention boosted ones.

Huh? Yer its putty over my welds! Do you mean just putty no welds??? Lol that would be good! Its pretty quiet with just the one muffler i think it would pass a db test pretty easy. As for the cat i am gonna find a 2.5" one just in case. But i wont put it on for a little while though. Im fudging sick of doing my exhaust!
This morning im starting fab work on my alloy fascia panels for my dash. Ill put up pics later.....

No, just sand down the crack, align, then glass......the first two layers hold the pieces together....then it's a matter of the final two layers overlapping the broken area. Once cured, turn the broken section over sand down to remove all paint, apply the "bog" and shape. Primer then paint.
