but glad to have a cordia again and want to do the following mods
larger turbo, still not sure what to run ( 20G , GT30 , GT35R )
frontmount + piping
fit a 272/264 cam
twin pot calipers + larger rotors
3" exhaust from turbo back
alloy raidator and 14"fan
and 4wd system I have here 2.8 ratio, will be perfect for the light weight of the cordia for some good top end fun
wheels not sure yet, Ive got some spare lite weight 15" rims from japan, or I might go 17"s

Hey Trav, Nice collection of mitsubishi's.

I have some Twin pots for sale if you would like.

Care to share some details on your 4WD system for the cordia?

Post subject:  Re: SIVART's new toy

the new evos are way more easy to drive as a daily, but when you power it there in a instant, I took that one up to winton to watch the evo nationals, also getting 9.4ltrs per hundred kays a tank

I dont want to put a vr4 motor in it, the 4G63 in it should be ok for the larger turbo setup,

Ive got a evo 8 style intercooler to fit now, and Ive been trying on some wheels, I might need a second set of tarmacs 8)

the 4wd system is the same as one out of a C73A sedan, also the same as a libero, but it will be 2.8 gear ratio, I do have a set of twin pots bud

Post subject:  Re: SIVART's new toy

always wanted to know what tarmacs will look like on a cordia..
thanks for posting that up travis..

Post subject:  Re: SIVART's new toy

the tarmacs are perfect fit, cant remember the offset, I think its around 46, and are 17x7s, there a pretty light rim, the oz rims are light also, I might take some better pics if I get a chance to fit them on again, I have kept the oz rims on there for now though

anytime Frontn, your rims look nice also, but Ive been after a set of Oz racing cronos in 17s, all these rims are getting hard to find these days

Post subject:  Re: SIVART's new toy

working at a Mitsubishi dealer has its advantages, I was using a trade plate, the owner of the dealer use to sell the cordias when they where new, he owns one of the 20 TMR380's never been registed either

Thanks D3bb4, I just cant wait for a lip, or I was thinking of the body kit, I always thought they suite the cordia

TMR 380 = rubbish.
Can't believe they didnt even put in the VRX/GT premium sound, Recaros, vented bonnet or release it in Manual. I really didn't like them. Apart from their brakes, I liked them :)
