hey guys

whats going on..havent had the time the last couple of months to browse through the site..but it looks like its been really quiet on here lol :roll: :roll:

recently got rid of a whole load of parts, and still going through the process of more! i've narrowed it down to two cordias and am building another one at the moment..

quick run down, im just waiting on getting a couple of parts till i drop in the vr4..i just sprayed the engine bay a couple of days ago and once i pass on rego..the rest of the car is getting painted black and all the go go parts will be on! no wheels or anything planned, im keeping it factory looking! :D :D :D :D

haha, thats why i've only got two cordia's left....this one here and well...the other, when it happens it'll happen, i might even venture down the path of a V8 :D :D :D

anyone have a solution to changing the shifter linkage on the box?? dont really like the idea of the rubber mounts cracking and having to change it again...

cable shift?
i've got an NA galant box and i think a magna box too.. try it if you want.. i dun have the cable linkage tho..
and i'm still overseas too..

is it a gsr galant box? reckon you'd be able to take a width measurement when u get back form overseas? wanta knw if it'd fit into a cordia without 2 much hassle :P

they fit but you need to massage the chasi rail, if you do a search for it you will find a thread with alot more info on it i think. from someone that did it or that took all the measurements

a galant box will need slight...fabricating, one of my other cordias had it fitted and a nice chunk cut out of the rails lol..all i want is a different shifting link set up lol

tim theres no dead line for this car, i hope to get it sprayed black after rego..time will tell, but progress is moving pretty good with the complete project..

and..i think ive gone through 30 cordias..house deposit would of looked good by now

lol..i actually hadnt touched the car for a good while..i thought it would be funny to see how 20's off the audi would look.. the idea of changing the stud pattern is there but then again i wouldnt wanna risk losing the stock AC wheels :D

oh well...once i get round to changing the clutch in the golf..i still need to order in a clutch for the cordia, aswell as the top mount and then i can drop the engine back in..hopefully soon :)
