Post subject:  Re: Mitsubishi Galant 1987, 4G63BT, RALLIART

Nice..........should give you more torque down low, but nothing beats a SOHC for pure excitement.....found when I changed my cordia to DOHC it ran out of "puff" at about 4000rpm where the 1.8 would go all the way to 6500rpm!

Post subject:  Re: Mitsubishi Galant 1987, 4G63BT, RALLIART

how much power are you making on dohc?

and, on my sohc, power start dropping on 5000rpm, cause turbo is small

and on this, iam planning on 250hp on 1.2bar, and i think it will be faster than SOHC that i have now?

Post subject:  Re: Mitsubishi Galant 1987, 4G63BT, RALLIART

The DOHC will make more power, mine is a 2.3 with 20% more torque........it made 408HP on 18m psi with a T72 turbo.

Post subject:  Re: Mitsubishi Galant 1987, 4G63BT, RALLIART

okay, but i didnt understand what you were trying to say to me with this sentance

DOHC it ran out of "puff" at about 4000rpm where the 1.8 would go all the way to 6500rpm?

can you explain it one more time, thanks
