Some updates here, i have clean up a whole intake manifold and some parts were polished    accident  small turbo xD  without exhaust system [video=youtube;aYH0ENau_zs]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aYH0ENau_zs&feature=youtu.be[/video] and discs were at turner and hope now they will be good

here is one update, i made an air box, 3inch intake pipe with K&N filter   thanks Plysha for the air box idea

in a past few months a lot of work has been done Megasquirt is installed now, finally, as i had MS1, it was converted to MS2 , with MS2 daughterboard and upgraded processor FPR Aeromotive is installed, battery is moved to trunk, with 25mm2 cable It has Eclipse coil ignition Intercooler polished pipes turbotimer hks innovate lc-1 wideband a/f ratio gauge, boost gauge and oil temp gauge on CAS sensor it is now high resolution plate 24:1 tooth shift light is also added     wiring a megasquirt2      it has great fetures now, such as launch contorol, flat shift, hope this week i will finish tuning the motor on the dyno engine bay is now finished, this is a result

here car is finally finished results 227,5 HP 348Nm     engine turned 125000km

Great build..........but am I missing something? Did you put a 4G64 in the bay?........or just the head?.......just seen the change in rocker cover.

Nice..........should give you more torque down low, but nothing beats a SOHC for pure excitement.....found when I changed my cordia to DOHC it ran out of "puff" at about 4000rpm where the 1.8 would go all the way to 6500rpm! |

how much power are you making on dohc? and, on my sohc, power start dropping on 5000rpm, cause turbo is small and on this, iam planning on 250hp on 1.2bar, and i think it will be faster than SOHC that i have now? |

The DOHC will make more power, mine is a 2.3 with 20% more torque........it made 408HP on 18m psi with a T72 turbo. |
