Use a dremel as a drill will not allow you to achieve the shape required. Remove the water/oil cooling, its rubbish! Add a galant or similar oil cooler instead. |

okay i have also a spare air oil cooler housing, and the cooler and lines are still in the car from last engine |

painted, all things so far are done by me, powder coating is so expensive, not need that for my car |

finally I restored original RalliArt 15" wheels    some tool that came in  then i made another valve cover set   painted    then i got AMG cover     il cap restored  also a clear timing cover came in  and a final result

That looks fantastic!!! I'm guessing the AMG spark plug cover is alloy not plastic? Nice to see you have both the American and Aussie version rocker cover. What brand did you use to paint the covers as I really like the glossy finish. |

nope, it is plastic here in europe, was on a 1.6dohc, 1.8dohc and on a early evo models brand, hm, iam testing it still, but so far it is really good, firm is rust something

machine work done honed and surfaced block, surfaced valves, surfaced head, and a polished crankshaft      how it should look when i will start assembley  then i got mitsubishi eclipse 3g lifters difference between 1g and 3g   next is cleaning, and working on a port job on the oil gallery on the block (where oil pump sits), by that i mean on a smoothing the surface for better oil flow |

yeah i was thinking about mls, but it was extra 100dollars to pay and this is OEM composite head gasket, so i think it should be okay for the power i want(270hp is the target with EVO2 turbo, mani, o2 housing, evo 9 560cc injectors, walbro 255lph, megasquirt2extra, balance shaft delete) |

OEM is as good as composites get, it will hold up well with ARP studs. it's just not as forgiving when it comes to pre-ignition. |

installed in crank with piston and rods, head to block dowels, ARP headstuds acl race vs OEM main bearing      rings and bearings are installed

pics will flow maybe there are too many of it, but almost no one picture that in such a detail need to port my relief valve on the oil filter housing now

head on its place, torqed thermostan housing, camshafts, lifters, rocker arms etc ,all in its place its really nice to put all of those things together while they are so clean   thermostat housing  thread locker on the oil plug for oil gallery on the head     again another box is waiting to be galvanized, and iam wainting for another box of parts from America, hope that is the last one

pice before and after galvanized   coil and power ignition mounts  then i got a third valve cover, painted in original silver with red letters combination  intake OEM gaskets and galvanized bolts  mediablasted intake manifold     before-after   and how an engine looks so far
