did you use regular radiator hoses for you IC setup? or are they specially made pipes?

very nice looking car. you are a role model.

Cheers for the comments guys, much appreciated :)

Just purchased the car a couple of days ago so i'm working on it to have it performing at maximum potential.

Alltime: Cheers for the advice and guidance. i'm in the process of fixing up the car at this very moment, have to get clutch issues sorted out first.

MNcordia: I'm not too sure what hoses the previous owner used for intercooler piping, I purchased the car like this but I can ask the previous owner when I get time, maybe a forum member could help you out.

Cheers for the comments Mr debba :)

Yes those gearchanges are a pain in the ass, definetely have to get that clutch issue sorted out asap  Hopefully when that's finished the work on the car can begin.

MNcordia: Upon closer inspection of my car where the FMIC is it is custom piping near the enginebay i'm not too sure if it's stock or ahs been modified.

Hi taba

Nice car

Is this by any chance the vr4 that was in the trasing post from northern nsw? around Nowra?
It looks alot like the one i got sent pics of as im looking at a vr4 still.
It sounded like it went very hard from what the previous owner was telling me at just 10 p.s.i. mind you.... he said it was only running at 10 p.s.i as anything higher was ridiculously harsh on the tyres lol 8)
Looks good anyway (and from what i remember it has air con! :o ) thats gotta be a bonus... especially at this time of year.

Good luck with fixing it up

Hey champ,

Nowra is southern NSW I think, but yes I did purchase the car from the Trading post from Northern NSW past Coffs Harbour it was. Doesn't have air-con but only needs the belt and to be re gassed for it to work (I think).

When I purchased it it was running about 12-15psi and it does fry the tyres if pushed pretty hard. Iv;e wound down the boost since then.

Cheers for the comments champ, look forward to fixing my car up and all the best with your vr4 cordia search :)

Yeah that was the one i was looking at.... it was very tempting... just a little too far for me to go have a look. Did you travel up to see it? If your from Syd hopefully ill get to see it next time someone organises a cruise up to newcastle/hunter valley way as the last one this way was pretty good :)
How much did you end up paying for it if u dont mind me asking?

That interior looks pretty good by the way

Hey dude,

Yep I road tripped it with four other mates, nizzy was one of them.Left sydney at 7pm on friday didn't get back until 11pm on sunday night, mind you that was with no sleep so you could imagine how exhausted we were when we arrived back. Iv'e been wanting a vr4 cordia for over 2 years  Just need a job now so I can start work on the thing.

For sure i'll be organising or going on a cruise, i'm not sure if i'll be able to attend that OVRDRV cruise i'd love to but I have to get clutch/gearbox issues sorted out. As for the price I paid around 5grand for it. Cheers for the comments champ, regarding the interior it isn't too bad just installed the sound system yesterday. If i'm ever up in your area i'll let you know. Maybe you can introduce me to the female locals  just kidding but they have groovy personalities

Names Jay by the way.

Hey guys, as said just took some recent pics to give my car a little more justice from the previous owner's and older pics. Tried to try and do them in a professional manner  And get the best angles.

Hope you guys like them :) :D

Still got a bit of work to do. Which will start next year.

Cheers,

Jay.
