well here we go...

first off a HUGE thanks to Peter (Phaser) for passing on such a straight car to me.. there's a few minor imperfections but nothing that cant easily be remedied :cool: but thats beside the point.. u'r a good bloke too and i'll keep yoo updated as progress goes mate

anyways.. this is my new lil toy, the 1986 AC..

Plans:
basiclly.. i'm just gonna paint this sucker up... most people here may not like my style.. but lets just say there will be LOTS of patterns all over the car.. every curve and line in the pattern will be done to hopefully enhance the body lines already there.. and also just to make the lil bastard stand out like a sore thumb.. but in a good way...

as for mechanicals and interior... no plans of yet.. i just want a show piece to promote my painting to hot rodders, street racers, ricers, JDM people and most importantly for me, lowriders.




thoughts and paint schemes all welcome... i love hearing everyones input :cool:

wish me luck on my fun BIG project ahead

LHS guard is on the car
good bonnet is restin on the crappy on
nose cone is in the car, as with all the other stuff :cool:

its all good.. i just might need some new headlight surrounds and thats about all :D

aaaah yes i like, very good choice!! a nice deep magenta 8)

yoo and steve will be the first to see it in person i think.. but i'm gonna be needing a LOT of money to cover the paint cost.. i worked it out to about $3000 for basecoats alone HAHAHA then gotta have about 4 coats of clear to make it REAL deep and shiney :D
