Ask me again in one months time and I'll let you know. Most likely I will need some moderators.

Hey matie,

Yeh forums are defantely the best facility to gather users, provide constructive crtisim and a bit of idle chit chat.

There are a few features that you should add, i think the quick reply modification (available from the phpbb MOD section) allows easy posting ability.

If you need any help, gimmie a yell.

great that u made this forum. many people i know didnt use the yahoo group because they couldnt work it. i was going to make one of these up when i had the time but its hard
ok now for suggestions:
phpBB is a great forum, very easy to use

2 suggestions i can give are
1) put in a quick reply area at the bottom of the screen - very user friendly
2) get moderators to help sort out the crap. i can help with that as i am on here most nights after work and help moderate the GSR/EVO Club's forum

only one peice of criticism......

There are two many sections.

Maybe just General. Tech, & Forsale / Wanted

I agree, We are not racist are we?!! We don't need to segregate the sigma and starions, etc....
Also I reckon car and parts for sale would be much easier to handle in one section, (for users and administrators)
Don't forget ya gonna have to moderate ALL of these sections!

The reason for having separate sections is because I didn't want the sections to be too cluttered when the forum gets more popular. I used several other forums as examples.

Also, I thought that it would be easier for someone looking specfically for a Cordia to go to the Cordia Classifeds section rather than filter through the posts.

I do understand where you're coming from though. We'll see how things go in a month or so and take it from there.

Cheers

Yo! Forum great and better than yahoo I reckon!
Is there a facility to post pics with messages instead of from the Web.
I can't seem to find it. There should be a size limit though.
Also can we bring all the pics of cooler set ups etc over here or is it too large?
Cheers
Dean

The HTML option is active so you can hyperlink images from another location or just a normal text link to the file would work too. I wouldn't recommend adding massive images to your post as it would make the page loading time too long.

The yahoo forum will stay as is. All pics/files will stay there for reference. It will possibly be disabled.
