FYI (Note: US dates and times)
---------------------------------------------------------

******************* SCHEDULED SERVICE WINDOW ********************
START: Sunday, June 26 at 12:30 a.m. (Eastern U.S. Time)
END: Sunday, June 26 at 10:30 a.m. (Eastern U.S. Time)
****************************************************************

Dear Kham,

Just a quick reminder … we will be upgrading to a new server cluster early Sunday morning. As a result, you may experience some service interruptions in your BizLand account between 12:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Sunday morning, June 26.

During this time, your Web site and e-mail, along with the BizLand Web site, may be inaccessible. However, any e-mail you receive during this period will be captured and delivered to your account when the Service Window is complete.

As we discussed in our message on Wednesday, we will be moving one of our key databases to a new server cluster during this time and testing its performance. Once installed, the new cluster will provide additional redundancy, which means greater reliability for our members.

We have scheduled this task for a time when traffic to member sites is typically at its lowest. Still we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

As always, we will post any changes or updates to the maintenance schedule in our "Important System Notices," located
at: http://www.bizland.com/support/index.bml

Best wishes,
The BizLand Team

I submitted the "FYI Scheduled Server Downtime" post and not Bizland.

When I submit a post it generally takes only a second for it to update. Do you always have this problem? What type of Internet connection do you have?

Kham

Threads update in as long as it takes you to refresh the page.
