Your car: MY car? hmmm a black hunk of metal that moves once every year
not very bright selling the car on afterwards ;\ if they were selling it then could still be mostly intact minus sound system

Well i still haven't seen the car, but the police are holding onto the burnt out remains
until it goes to court. So there cant be too much left that is reusable (what a waste)
maybe the exhaust as fire cant really do too much that......

I went to id the car today,
i would have rather remembered what it used to look like
but now lasting image of how it ended up
Image
it looks like the engine could be resurected , but off to the scrap metal yard
Image
Image
even the lowered spring are pretty much totally collapsed
It looks like hey only took the ecu , ic , radiator and stereo.

Now just waiting to see what happens at court.........

Ahh............nobody want's to see their pride and joy look like that!

Let's hope the bastards get jail............I know it won't bring the cordia back........but satisfaction from the full arm of the law is recommended.

Sorry to see the pics..........you must be devastated..........I know I would be.

Thanks guys,
it's not a lot of fun to go through, i can only hope the people responsible
get what the deserve. (Recon i might wire a taser between the seat
and steering wheel on my current car, that should slow any potential
thief down  )
At least they caught the culprit ( cold comfort but better than nothing)

Take all your receipts to court show the judge just how much you invested into the cordia and how long and hard you have worked on it. Might see that it was more than "just another boy racer but an actual classic car enthusiast who takes great pride in his car. Maybe that would persuade the judge to hand out a stiff sentencing for the a**h**es responsible! Hopefully that would push them past the "slap on the wrists" list. But real tragic what happened to the car hopefully my lil 2cents can help but yeah That's what I would have done...along with breaking some jaws

Hope the get whats coming to them..."broken jaws" lol

Oh and if you can get some pics of them up so that everyone know's who to keep an eye out for these dodgy cats or maybe some names yeah???

Good luck with the case though mate

problems.....but thats what you get when you buy a "girly" car[or so my mates tell me]...........
