Hey guys just bought a ab cordia and its running ritch it's not the air lines
Think it might be a switch or something coz when it revs over 2g it stays on 2g and somtimea there a little buzzing noise coming from the motor? Any ideas or help would be great thanks

This could be a multitude of things!

The main reasons 62 run "rich" is because the airflow meter can't read in-comming air because of leaks, BOV's open or incorrect vacc lines.

I don't have a bov and I checked vac lines it's blows black smoke on idle then when reves it sits on 2grand for a bit so I dunno what it could be

Reset the TPS........is the boost gauge at it's lowest point or does it show to the dot while running? (No vacc)

If so the vacc lines are incorrect.

The stock boost gauge doesn't work at all, so the vac lines could be wrong?

Is your map or boost sensor even connected?

Check the electrical connection and that the vacc lines run to the throttle body via the exchange solenoid.

Without this working the engine will run "extremely" rich as the ECU defaults to the AFM.

You will now need to reset the TPS as seen here:
