Your one way valve is around the wrong way, the pink end goes towards the throttle body, black to the dizzy.

The lines look correct, the hole (Thread) in the back is nothing to worry about.

Hi haven't replaced inlet manifold yet.
This picture will explain.
im looking in getting a/c fixed.
Only way to remove pump is from the top.
im going to say a few things about car.
When I picked the car up the owner couldn't get it started.
Fuel was flowing out from top injectors the owner had some
grey crap looked like plasticine covering injectors.
He was hoping would stop the leak LOL.
This car was started twice by me once I cleaned injectors out .I will post
Some pics or video of how I got injectors cleaned hope it will help
Someone like me that's living on budget only my wife makes money and
You know what woman are like about spending on cars.
Now lets get back to a/c .
I think its called clutch plate when I move it
By hand makes noises not too loud .
im thinking possible the bearing seen better days.
The a/c bracket has a pulley for belt i think is the tensioner is noisy.
My question is where can I get bearings and is there a video or pictures
Of how to fix this also how to check if it works.
Thank you

Nice work. Wasn't it your son that gave you a hard time about fixing the cordia? Now he knows why you did it.

update:
tried for b/slip failed :(
they picked on my steering rack and exhaust too many fumes LOL.
so im after 2 LH/RH rack ends for a none power steering rack.
ebay is normally my friend but looks like they only have for p/steering.
my question.
can i use the p/steering rack end on a none p/steering?
is the AC rack the same as AB?
it gets confusing when sellers say AC rack end only.

Rack end boots you can get from an autoshop, don't believe the rack ends are the same, power steering bolts to a ram where non power steer bolts to a toothed rack, AB and AC are the same.

Post subject:  Re: Help needed with my cordia.

ok so i left a few messages on a few ebay sellers.
they said rack ends LH/RH are both the same for cordia
p/steering uses the same rack end as manual rack.
AB is not the same as AC rack end
these is one of the sellers i spoke to
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/281757051537 ... Tags=bu=bu

this was there reply:
Hello,

These rack ends aren't the correct ones for your AB Cordia as they only suit the later AC models. I can supply the correct ones however, they are $30 each plus freight.

Thanks, James.

so i bought these

Post subject:  Re: Help needed with my cordia.

Same as me, need to find time to fix stuff.........with working shift work makes it difficult.

Just got a JA Starion running today.........owner was excited.

http://forums.austarion.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=16316

Now runs the AC cordia distributor until he can find a JB one and ECU, as it currently runs a JD one.
