Hey there fellow cordia-ers
Just curious for a bit of background Info on a car I've owned for over a year now.
Still a working progress as many of you can relate too ;)
Just curios as to who built it etc
Here's pictures from when the previous owner bought it

And this is how it sits today. Not much has changed visually, but the engine is out for a rebuild,
And fixing up a few 'hack' things.

I did sell it, because silly me lost the keys! Then lost motivation. And within the time of me
Not having it, it went greatly downhill. And I've spent the last few months repairing the damage.
Ps. Mind the number plates, it's to stop it from
Getting towed!

Cheers man! Wish I could take the credit. Sadly found some bad rust under the windscreen today.
Repearable but frustrating. I read somewhere earlier today about using colt clear lenses as a replacement for the cordia Orange blinkers. I went down to my local wrecker and only clear lenses were the rear reverse ones. Hope I can make them work as I swear they said colt parkers :L

You have found the right part, the bumper just needs a "little" shaving to fit them in.

Wow bet me too it ;) thanks mate. I actually think it was you whom I read it from. I just dummy fitted in the pouring rain. Honestly can't wait to fit them. As the guy I sold it too tinted the originals and its honestly the worst thing I've ever seen. So glad I got it back :)

Nice, if he tinted the indicators using niteshades you can actually grab some thinner and rub it off, use a toothbrush when it comes to removing from the embossing.

Viola, back to original condition.

That's exactly what he used, tbh, I just wanted an excuse to do an exterior small mod. Baby steps towards a cleaner looking cordia :)

You should be able to use the lenses, the side of the bumper needs a little shaving.

Thanks
I just panicked thinking I would need the whole assembly. Il try and fit them on a less rainy day :)

Is it registered?

Does it have engineers certificate?

I am not sure about the rules here in VIC but I am sure I ll have to get my done.

It was Rego'd in nsw. But then previous owner got a road worthy and rego here. Which I thought was strange because I think it's more than 10% power increase it needs an engineers cert. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong
It's no longer Rego'd tho

Nice clean example

I think in Vic if its 200cc larger its ok , it doesn't go on power stats I dont think

I hope you're right! Haha
Needs an engine rebuild tho. I would rather put her back to original though.

I would keep it that way if I was you , maybe ditch the BOV for a hidden stock evo 8 mr version , airbox and move the battery to the boot too
