Just for peace of mind , might be worth doing a compression check too if you have a tester mate, just to check for damage

i did 120 psi all 4 cylinders .
engine is clean no more over heating .
im getting my original engine done by professional mechanic .
resprayed his car so his going to return favor. ;)

hi guys had fcd wires checked.
got meter on wire going to ecu.
voltage varies on dial trying to find 3v!
best to watch video.

HKS website says starion/cordia must be set to position two.

I may have not discussed the technical side of this device, setting 2 is correct at 1.2 volt, as the sensor is not under load (Boost) you have to take away the 1.2 volts from 5 volts, this will leave you with 3.8 volts once the sensor is under pressure, at this voltage the boost cut won't happen as the sensor can no longer see 5 volt.

set it on 2 car drove good but was too much power wheels spinning etc.
after few secs car started shaking spiting chips eventually stall.
i didn't have metal clips on injectors one came out .
put plugs back in started car running rough but got me home not sure if i caused
damage

was on 18 psi
so not sure why running rough so disconnected fcd .
joined yellow factory wire back car running fine again.
no damage :D

the car was very fast steering shacking, wheels spinning etc
it was hard to film while driving it only took seconds .

next will be my new injectors gona boost 20 psi possibly will blow the head gasket this time.
im trying to find copper gasket for new engine they cost way too much 400 bucs.
anyone have one for sale?

Look for an MLS head gasket.......cometic one will be good.........not too sure if they make them for the 62.......if they do use some copper spray to help seal the water jackets.

Did the power increase take you by surprise?

Can't see why the original boost gauge stayed all the way to the top!

yes big power.
i didn't expect it yes caught me by surprise.
couldn't film as well as steering car.
