Please please PLEASE! help me

i have had my cordia for probably 4 months and when i got it it had a problem with starting when its hot.. i got some dude to fiddle with the timeing and im pretty sure thats good andits not the battery cause its brand spanka, i have heard that my car is flooding its self and i need to replace the coolent temp sensor or some thing and i dont even know what or where it is, and some other guy said i might have to replace the o2 sensor.. here is how it goes when it is a pretty normal temperatre day i go to start my car it winds over and wants to go but its really really hard to start some times just doesnt at all.. when it is cold it starts a bit easier but if i put more fuel into it, it trys to start and sometimes does but thats the situation PLEASE HELP ME THIS CAR IS REALLY GETTING ME PISSED
