I had a good look at the front bakes on the cordy today, while I removed the remains of the driveshaft. The pads have about 2 mill to go and the rotors will need machining. That will take them below minimum thickness so I am up for rotors. I have a magna parts car.

So what should I do.
1) stuff around and fit magna front hubs/brake/pads and rotors if required
2) fit slotted AB rotors and metal king pads

Is the magna upgrade worth the effort? How much more pad area do they have? The engine is not hugely modified (rebuilt 4G62, TD05-14B, supra FMIC, 12PSI, 2.5inch exhaust)
