 Post subject: tightening actuator

hey fellas, just want to know how to tighten the actuator on my tc06? i have never done it before so thought id ask, what are the benefits of doing this also?

it just holds the gate shut for longer so it runs more boost, your better off if its just tight and use a boost controller, it will spool up just as well

Actuator rods should not be over adjusted to increase boost. Doing so may damage the diaphragm within the actuator.

Instead the adjustment should be made so there is a slight preload on the flap tp hold it shut once it is shut. This ensures the turbo comes on boost as early as possible without damage to the actuator by having an over extended diaphragm.
