What's the widest people have gone on
The rear of cordias? Currently have 17x7s
Would 17x7.5 fit if offset similar? Thanks

Yes 7.5" is fine with +45 offset. +40 can work also, however may need the lip rolled.

yeah measured my offset today on the rims on the car
think its round +41 approx.

I have bout 35mm from edge of rim to the rear guard at the moment.

the rims i was looking at before were really nice, but think they where 8.25 wide
wheel shop reckoned it would fit, but i doubt it, prob bit to wide :(

whacked in a high flow gauze filter on inlet side of pump

but when i took of the pump and fittings noticed
that 044's seem to have there own internal gauze filter, unlike the cheaper bosch fuel pumps, so that was a waste of time

but anyway replaced the inlet and outlet hoses as they were starting to crack
took for drive yesterday, seems ok but the 044 pump is even noisier now
people say they are quite noisy but noisy.

but to me sounds like not getting enough fuel, but base fuel pressure seems ok
and afr still looks good under boost according to wideband.

also i think they have just run the pump of the standard wires and tdk thing that looks like
a relay, but i can't see a fuse anywhere. thinking i better put one in for safety.

got some new rims today finally
was hard to find rims with same pcd, offset and fit my existing tyres and also looked ok

decided on some ROH jagger 17x7.5 rims (new model)
think it looks ok, and the little bit of blue goes ok with the red. But now atleast the car feels bit better on the road
as 2 of old rims where buckled.

Restrictions inline will cause additional noise, I would remove what is not required.

Many also remove the one way valve, remember to prime before each start if you do this.

oh ok, just installed gauze filter because didn't realize the bosch 044 has an inbuilt one anyway
unlike the other bosch pumps.

i should probably remove then, doesn't look like the check valve holds the pressure very well anyway.
drops down to 20psi fairly quick after car off, and my other car with the standard bosch check valve
holds the 40psi for hours and hours.

today hooked up wires for the 2 farad capacitor for the sub amp

unfortunately have to put it sideways for the cables to reach.
but should still be ok t read the display

Today got my pressure switch, gonna use
It to switch power on for the headlight
Squirters at 8psi of boost. And gonna get some
Fittings to convert the lines into water injection
For the intercooler :)

My capacitor is the same.........I have many pressure switches in the shed, I could have sent you one.......is yours the Hobbs brand?

I have done the same for the air-water intercooler, used the headlight washer bottle as a reservoir and attached a 20 l/pm pump to it.

The hobbs ones are very easy to adjust.......all you need is a 6mm Allen key and set to where you want the application to come on.

My Air to Water is a little different to a water spray....as the coolant is circulated through the intercooler to a heat exchanger in the front of the car, the pump was $320.....but it's fully re-buildable, the standard "washer pump" is not enough, ........have a look at this:

Been awhile been so busy moving house
And hard to find time and money now for the car

In xmas/ new year break been attempting to put the headers
And dump pipe on. But bolts they supplied wrong thread and so
Many little annoying things :/ will prob put jasma billet
Pulleys on too as had to remove powersteering pump
To get too the last manifold nut. Prob whack
