So what's the difference between MBK-6276HD, MBK-6276HDB and MBK-6276HDCB?

HD = Heavy Duty Clutch
HDB = Heavy Duty Button Clutch
HDCB = Heavy Duty Cushion Button Clutch

I can confirm the MBK-6276HD is the exedy clutch for the cordia. Just installed one about a month ago. Works a treat. And i have the VR4 engine with standard cordia flywheel/gearbox.
