Well the last intro thread died because aparrently we haven't had many joins in the last few months..... LOL :)

Anyways this is a place to introduce yourself, whether you are new to CP or have been here for years.

To kick things off - I'm Astaroth, known as Daniel in the real world (or Randypan the GoatBoy, depending on how drunk I am when we meet..) and have been a cordia owner for several years. Recently wrecked my 160 odd kw VR4 cordia and am now looking at a B4 liberty :)

Cheers! :)

I guess I should introduce myself to those that don't already know me.

As my username suggests my name is Kham and I'm the forum admin. I unfortunately no longer own my Cordia. SilverCordiaGSR actually has my old Cordia now. I've still got many fond memories of blowing away much newer cars though :)

I now drive a stock TH Magna 3.5 so at least I've stuck with a Mitsu. Actually I haven't driving it much in the past year since I've been in Vietnam on a working holiday.

So yeah all I pretty much do now is ensure the forum runs smoothly. It's really great to see we've still got quite a few active members keeping the forum going strong. And a big thanks to all the moderators for making sure everything stays organised.

So keep up the good work guys.

Kham

My name's Steve, after the 20th April I'll be a resident of Melbourne! I currently own my second cordia, which is an 85 AB GSR.

I'm 21 years young and run my own cordia site 'CordiaFREAKS'. I've spent the last year working on my car trying to get its defect off and have the car registered, and finally I have the car to a drivable standard!

My turbo died again, so I'll be getting that rebuilt very soon, and then gotta get the girl registered in Victoria! Hopefully without too much hassle!

My previous cars include:
- Mitsubishi Sigma GH
- Mitsubishi Cordia AB GSL
- Ford Falcon AU 99
- Mitsubishi Sigma GJ

So I've had a few different cars, and keep coming back to the Mitsubishi brand, so hopefully I'll be getting a VR4 Cordia within the next 12 months!

Have a nice day! :D

Mick the master farter is me name, farting in me cordia is the game.........

Seriously though my name is michael and a friend and i recently took posession (it was free) of a AB cordia turbo to flog around winton on their fundays. Apparently the motor was siezed but with some messing around it runs well.
We have both owned cordia turbo's so we knew the potential this old thing had.
The interior is stripped, a/con pulled out, boost wound up........should be good fun. The body is rough but that doesn't matter too much on the race track.

See ya trackside

Michael

According to the member's list statistics I am member number 55 to join the forum and pretty much followed everyone across from the Cordia Yahoo group that died (anyone else remember that? lol) where I bought my Cordia from a member of that.

:)

Hey all

notice I'm the only one to post in here for a while.
Long time reader, first time poster.

I don't actually have a cordia, however I am in the means of an engine transplant that involves a cordia engine, Jap cyclone actually.

Been doing reading from the first tech page on, so haven't needed to post much, but here's my start. great site btw.

I'll show you all pics when I get the engine here in 2 weeks.

Your car: FRONTN
Hey guys, my names Tim (Formerly Timmeeee: Member 180) from western suburbs of Melbourne.
Still have 2 cordias. Working on FRONTN now which i'm hoping to finish soon. I haven't driven any cordia's for over 2 yrs.
Can't wait to finish this thing.
Some of you may know me from me buying/Selling parts. And yes as I've told some of you in person: I will be organising a Cordia cruise as soon as I finish one.

hey all, i'm brissy gsr'er, stacy for those who care...

i've been a member since october 2004, when i bought my gsr for a mere $500
at present it owes me roughly $3000, including a new engine which goes quite well
i've built myself a bodykit, and the car is getting ready to be painted in lime green and black 2 tone
i've recently purchaced a set of 17's which i am also in the process of fitting
current mods include custom cold air intake and turboxs hp boost control
with a few more that need to be fitted such as the side mount and turboxs blow off valve

previous rides-
-85 cordia gsl
-92 pajero swb (most fun i've had in the bush)
-78 ford marque (best car ever, travelled this country in it when my dad owned it)
-70 fairmont xw
-76 daihatsu f20
-83 falcon xe
-76 carona mk II

i love my cordia, and i'll never get rid of it

Greetings,

I'm Sham from Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Joined Oct 2007 right after I bought
my first cordia. Had been in love with cordia since my school days.
Now after 20 yrs & 3 kids later, with some extra cash to spare, I finally own one.
Cordia owners are rare breed here in my country. Thus sourcing for parts are a headache.
With no local cordia forum to join, browsed the www found this great site.
Great to see so many cordia owners here.
My ride is currently sitting in a workshop having engine transplant & body works.
Can't wait to drive her around when finished.
My other rides:
01' 660cc Daihatsu Mira L2S turbo (mostly driven by my wife).
05' 2.0l Naza Citra (M'sian version of Kia Carens MPV).

# and me too, will never get rid of my cordia.......... ;)
