TEAM4G DRAG DAY!

Hi Guys,
The time has come!
SATURDAY NOVEMBER 10th!!

Another Drag Day organised by TEAM4G.

We have been priviliged enough to have some sponsors on board to give away prizes for each category.

These sponsors currently include:
- SPRINGY MOTORS
- MODPROJECT RACING
- DUCK BITS
- TROPIC MOTORS

Schedule:

0900 - 1000 - Arrival, sign up, scruitineering. (please fill out paperwork)
1000 - 1100 - Free runs
1100 - 1115 - Prepare for Category 1
1115 - 1200 - Category 1 Races (FWD/RWD)
1200 - 1245 - Lunch (Free BBQ + Drink)
1245 - 1300 - Prepare for Catergory 2
1300 - 1400 - Catergory 2 Races (AWD)
1400 - 1415 - Prepare for Knockout Stage
1415 - 1500 - Knockout Stage Races
1500 - 1600 - Grudge Matches (Free for all)
1600 - 1630 - Sponsors to present prizes

I will update this topic in regards to sponsorship / entry details etc shortly.

The costs for the day are:
- $50.00 to race
- $15.00 to spectate

A small percentage of the entry fees be used for food, drinks & expenses covered with the event, ei, DV film, photos etc.

Payments will have to be made in full via direct deposit unless special arrangements have been made.

Those who have paid, you will recieve a 5 digit code via pm / email.
Upon entry, please present the code and entry will be granted.
Those who are to pay on the day, please contact me prior to entry.

9AM gates open
10AM racing start
4PM racing ends

There will be photoshoots, video recordings etc on the day.

The mitsu community is a small one so dont be shy.

PLEASE READ DETAILS BELOW CAREFULLY!!!

All drivers must be over 18 years of age, if not they must be acccompanied by a Parent or Guardian.

Minimum personal protective equipment required for competitors:
Drivers – long trousers, long sleeve shirt or jacket, enclosed shoes and an approved crash helmet;
Motorcycle riders – long pants, motorcycle approved jacket, gloves, boots and an approved crash helmet.

Grounds for disqualification:

Removing your helmet before you have left the racing surface and braking area.
Using a mobile phone while on the racing surface, braking area or return road. Carrying a mobile phone in the vehicle to be raced is prohibited.
Failing to observe established speed limits within the venue. A speed limit of 30 kmh is to be observed on the return road and a limit of 40 kmh is to be observed in all other areas within the venue.

Please note:
Smoking is not permitted in the staging lanes or anywhere near the start line area.
Open shoes (eg. thongs and sandals) and sleeveless tops are not permitted on or near the start line area.

Heathcote Park Raceway has a strict
NO Glassware
NO Alcohol
NO Drugs
NO Animals, Policy
Food and refreshments including Alcohol available at the track.
The Pit area is a Dry area at all times.

how often do we get invited to these because after the VR4 motor i would defently concider this. but at the moment i dont thing a 140k GSL motor is upto it.
