The flutter noise can be created easily, either a Trust Type RS BOV or a larger turbo as per Talius car,

Mate Blow of Valves Dont flutter... They Blow-off. Flutter really Defines Air intake related Noises. EG
You cant buy a type RS blow of Valve and install it on a Stock Subaru WRX with Pollution Gear plus and Say The car now Flutters, As it doesnt!..The noise you'd be hearing would come out of the blow off valve  and not the airbox .

Feel free to correct me if im wrong guys

Looks like a Cordia to me, although it might be one of these Cordias:

It's a pretty crappy quality clip though, so we may never know..

Was very hard to tell, VERY similar body shape but it appeared to have a cheapy lookin bodykit on it, maybe they didn't have the rights to use it or something so they had to change the look of it! Dunno!

Kinda looks like the silver Cabriolet though...

A Starion now? Come to think of it, that's not Jackie Chan, isn't it Bruce Lee? >;P

Nah I'm pretty sure that's Jackie Chan!

And yes I think it could be a Starion... Starion's are RWD aren't they???

I examined the clip frame by frame and when the car lands, watch the rear tyre start smoking!!! You can also see the front wheel rolling... The rear wing is also a raised sploiler!

See my pic below:

Works for me when I download it... I use Windows Media Player 9.0

Are you downloading it or trying to stream it directly?

Right Click + Save Target As... (TO DOWNLOAD IT)

If it still doesn't work after downloading it, try downloading a DivX codec! :)
